Lizard is looking for a SEO Specialist to join our team and add value to our innovative company.
We’re a Digital Marketing Agency in need of an experienced SEO Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our clients’ online presence across various industries, with a primary focus on home services such as lawn care, pest control, and HVAC. While industry-specific experience is great, it’s not required. You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives, create effective strategies, and continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
What You'll Do:
- Configure GA4 properties, including tracking codes and data streams, to align with business objectives and tracking requirements.
- Customize event parameters and attributes to capture specific user behaviors and actions on the website or app.
- Analyze conversion data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Set up conversion tracking tags and configure attribution models to measure the impact of Google Ads on website goals.
- Deliver regular reports and analysis of website performance to stakeholders.
- Utilize expertise in data analysis, prospect behavior tracking, and A/B testing to identify opportunities and drive conversions.
- Participate actively in meetings to contribute insights and ideas for enhancing conversion actions.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in managing Paid Social and Paid Search Campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
- Ability to pivot and problem solve.
- Copywriting Experience (a plus)
- Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Expertise in SEMRush, Go HighLevel, HubSpot, Tag Manager, and WordPress. Drupal knowledge is a plus.
- Skilled in refining strategies to improve search engine visibility and rankings.
- Works well with team members to align on goals and deliverables.
- Quick to learn and adopt new technologies or platforms.
- Clear, concise, and effective in team discussions and project updates.
- Proactive in addressing challenges and finding solutions quickly.
- Ensures high-quality work and accuracy in tracking, reporting, and project execution.
- Uses data insights to inform decisions and optimize performance
