Paid Search Specialist
As a Paid Search Specialist at Lizard Marketing, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Paid Social and Paid Search advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Social Media Platforms, Google Ads, and Bing Ads. You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives, create effective campaign strategies, and continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with Internal teams and clients to develop comprehensive paid social media and paid search strategies aligned with client’s marketing objectives and target audience demographics, with the overall goal of improving performance measures(Conversions, CPA, ROAS, CPQL).
- Campaign Management: Plan, Execute, and optimize paid social and paid search campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google and Bing. Ensure Optimal targeting, budget allocation, and performance tracking (Familiarity with Installing Pixels and GTM).
- Ad Creative Development: Work with our Creative team to develop compelling ad copy, graphics, and other visual content that resonate with our client’s audience and drive engagement/conversions. Familiarity with copywriting, canva is a plus!
- Budget Management: monitor and manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI on ad spend.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct regular analysis and reporting of campaign performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost-per-action (CPA), to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
- A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad creative, messaging, landing page content, and targeting parameters for maximum performance and effectiveness.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in managing Paid Social and Paid Search Campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proficiency with META, Linkedin, Tiktok, Google Ads and Bing platforms.
- Ability to pivot and problem solve.
- Copywriting Experience (a plus)
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Google Ads and Bing Ads certifications (preferred).
- Google Analytics Certification (preferred)
- Knowledge of SEO principles and their integration with PPC campaigns (a plus).
- Strong organization and time management skills.
